At Alicia Jante’, we want every customer to love their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Custom Orders
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We take great care to ensure your measurements and design details are accurate before production.
Ready-to-Wear Items
We accept returns or exchanges for ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and labels are still attached.

The item is not marked “Final Sale.”
After inspection, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email aliciajante@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send a confirmation email.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
